a CT brain scan of an 86-year-old gentleman at the time of injury. He had a minor head injury due to postural hypotension and his anti-hypertensive medication was titrated. CT scan initially showed no intracranial hemorrhage and he was discharged with medical advice. He subsequently had a gradual onset of worsening dizziness. b He presented to the hospital 7 weeks and 5 days after his initial minor head injury. The new CT showed a newly diagnosed left-sided chronic subdural hematoma with mass effect and midline shift. He had a good recovery after emergency burr hole drainage
