CT scan images showed high-density shadows in cisterna circinata cerebri were seen (A), and bilateral lateral ventricle and third ventricle dilatation (B). Multiple cystic lesions were seen in the third ventricle, the left basal ganglia region, the left hippocampal region (C). MRI results showed that T1 and T2 presented low signal (D, E). T2 presented high signal in the third ventricle, the left basal ganglia region, the left hippocampal region (F), with no significant enhancement after contrast-enhanced scanning (G). Furthermore, MRA indicated no aneurysms found in intracranial arterial system (H)
