Jizong Zhao, Editor-in-Chief

Jizong Zhao M.D. is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, and Chairman of the National Clinical Research Center for Diseases of the Nervous System. Dr Zhao is an Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), the Nominating Committee and the Cerebrovascular Diseases & Therapy Committee of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS), and a member of the Walter E Dandy Neurosurgical Society (WEDNS) Board of Directors. Dr Zhao’s research mainly focuses on cerebrovascular disease and brain tumors.
