HOXA11-AS expression associated with tumor growth rate and stemness markers in an intracranial glioma murine xenograft model (a) U87MG cells pretreated with a lentivirus with HOXA11 RNAi, or NC and lentivirus containing luciferase were implanted into the brains of nude mice, and tumor formation was assessed by bioluminescence imaging.
