Case NO. 2 was a young female with a large cavernous aneurysm and a coexisting Spetzler-Martin grade 3 AVM of the right temporoparietal region (a). Immediate postoperative angiogram (b) and 7 months angiographic follow up (c) indicated that the size of the aneurysm has decreased but still partial embolised
